We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bells High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft.
Systems Engineers, MBSE
Bell’s Digital Systems Engineers are responsible for the coordination, development, and management of technical requirements and risks for aircraft programs. Your duties will also include developing Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models using CAMEO and System Modeling Language (SysML) with emphasis on system decomposition, functions, interfaces, and performance to describe and analyze complex systems and software.
You’ll be able to hone your technical abilities on significant engineering problems, all while gaining experience in leadership and communication.
These roles are onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
What you’ll be doing as a Systems Engineer:

Utilize MBSE to realize/describe/analyze complex systems in CAMEO / SysML.

Promote, mature, and grow the application and use of MBSE for assigned design teams, program, and enterprise.

Develop operational models using OMG UML Unified Profile for DoDAF/MoDAF (UPDM).

Coordinate and execute design reviews to include SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, FRR, TRR, SVR for air vehicle, systems, and components.

Support development of requirements and specifications for subsystems, components, parts, and assemblies.

Collaborate with design engineers in the development of system and component level technical requirement specifications and Statements of Work.
- Execute design reviews at the Tier I, II, and III levels, ensuring all necessary deliverables are complete and entry and exit criteria is met.
