* Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* A minimum of 7 years of work-related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years of work-related engineering experience with a relevant Master’s or PhD.
* Prior Systems Engineering experience to include, but not limited to, system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation.
* Experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML.
* Must be a U.S. citizen.
* Must be eligible and able to maintain a Security Clearance. Preferred Skills
* Experience developing system architectures for complex aerospace vehicles or subsystems using MBSE (SysML/MSOSA).
* Prior leadership in system architecture or lead systems engineering roles; experience communicating architectural tradeoffs to stakeholders and customers.
* Familiarity with various engineering analyses, including affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other specialty quality factors.
* Familiarity with aircraft/flight systems and domain-specific engineering (ME, EE, SW). Job Duties & Functions
* Support and lead system architecture development and decomposition using MBSE (SysML/Cameo) to define interfaces, functions, and allocation across multiple domains.
* Support and lead cross-functional engineering teams in developing systems to meet program commitments, including design reviews.
* Support and lead the program in implementing MBSE as part of the broad digital engineering ecosystem.
* Support and lead Systems Engineering efforts, including requirements decomposition, system architecture, system analysis, specification development, trade studies, program planning, interfaces management, risk management, certification planning and execution, verification and test planning, and overall integration, and capture in the MBSE model as appropriate.
