Summary:

Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify complex systems and system-of-systems solutions.

Evaluates customer and operational needs to define and coordinate performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and ensure compatibility across all physical, functional, and program interfaces.

Conducts analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, security, and other quality factors to ensure mission success.

Develops and improves requirements management processes, tools, and assessments while resolving cross-functional technical issues.

Lead cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification requirements.

Apply collaborative, interdisciplinary approaches to plan, design, develop, and verify complex systems solutions.

Evaluate customer/operational needs and coordinate system performance requirements.

Develop, manage, and validate system requirements, including technical specifications and supplier requirements.

Conduct design reviews and technical assessments to ensure system reliability and compliance.

Support and improve requirements management, risk, issue resolution, opportunity management, and technology readiness processes.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.

9+ years of related work experience, or equivalent education/experience.

Systems Engineering experience in system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation.
