About the RolePDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Systems Engineer to support a leading organization in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will help drive complex, next-generation systems development with a strong focus on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital engineering practices. Your expertise will directly impact the design, architecture, and integration of advanced aerospace technologies.
What You’ll DoIn this onsite role, you will collaborate closely with system architects, engineering SMEs, and cross-functional teams to deliver highly integrated, mission-critical systems. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams to meet program milestones, deliveries, and customer reviews.
- Implementing MBSE methodologies as part of digital engineering initiatives to meet customer expectations.
- Executing key systems engineering tasks, including:
- Requirements decomposition
- System architecture development
- Environments and specification analysis
- Trade studies and program planning
- Interface and risk management
- Certification planning and execution
- Verification and test planning
- Capturing systems engineering artifacts and architecture within the MBSE model.
- Supporting collaborative, interdisciplinary approaches to develop and verify complex systems solutions.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a master’s degree, or relevant experience with a PhD.
- Hands-on experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML.
- Ability to work 100 onsite.

Pay Details: $56.78 per hour
