Responsibilities
As part of our engineering team, you will support the design, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing processes, systems, and products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and innovation in every stage of production and development.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Qualifications
- Final-semester or recently graduated bachelors student in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related) from an accredited institution
- Must not have more than 6 months since graduation at the time of hire
- Must have a valid RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes)
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Must have advanced English proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Experience with engineering tools, CAD software, or data analysis platforms
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or quality systems
- Hands-on experience with engineering projects or internships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
