Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of our engineering team, you will support the design, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing processes, systems, and products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and innovation in every stage of production and development.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Support product development and testing activities
  • Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and technical teams

Location: This position is available in Ciudad Juárez

Start Date: January 2026


Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Final-semester or recently graduated bachelors student in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related) from an accredited institution
  • Must not have more than 6 months since graduation at the time of hire
  • Must have a valid RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes)
  • Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Must have advanced English proficiency

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Experience with engineering tools, CAD software, or data analysis platforms
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or quality systems
  • Hands-on experience with engineering projects or internships
