What you need to join the programme
We are on the hunt for highly talented grads with the right combination of ‘can-do’ attitude, customer focus, business awareness and commercial acumen to help us to continue driving our business forward. You’ll relish working in a high pace, high energy environment, be innovative by nature and have a genuine desire to learn and grow.
You’ll hold a degree with a 2:1 or higher – it doesn’t need to be finance-related as long as you’re passionate about pursuing a career in this area – and have a head for numbers and analysis. You’ll also be a natural at building relationships and a great communicator.
What we are we looking for?
We’re looking for individuals with a passion for the aviation industry, travel and Finance. The airline industry is fast-paced, so we’re looking for people who like a challenge and can keep up with the constantly changing aviation environment.
Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time a month in the office.
