Tasks
Using your language skills (English and Portuguese), your main tasks will include:
- Translating financial documents and invoices: enhance your translation skills while working with real financial data
- Communicating with vendors: handle email and phone communications, building your professional network
- Processing accounting documents: receive and process documents both physically and electronically, learning the ropes of general accounting principles, chart of accounts, and cost center structures
- Maintaining service levels: ensure accuracy and timeliness in accounting data processing, making a real impact in your area of responsibility
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
Are you a student looking to gain valuable experience? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with:
- Strong English skills (min. B2 level)
- Proficiency in Portuguese (min. B1/B2 level)
- Preferably studying Finance & Accounting
- Good command of MS Office
- A diligent and systematic approach to work

- Professional maturity
- Availability min. 20 hours per week (preferably 20-30 hours/week)
