How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) What Were Offering: The Finance Department is seeking summer interns with interest in joining the full-time Finance Rotational Development Program upon graduation. Summer interns are placed within the Finance organization in areas such as Treasury, Audit, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operational Finance, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Fuel Management, and Division Controllership. Over the course of the summer, interns will join a Finance team where they may work on existing projects or take individual ownership over a project including data gathering, comprehensive analysis, and preparation of findings, solutions, and recommendations to senior leaders. The finance team at Delta is a key contributor to the continuing evolution of our business model for long-term success. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Candidates must be a rising senior in an undergraduate program with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or another analytical discipline with a graduation date of December 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale This position requires student to work full-time during the Summer 2026 semester. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-op Working as a Co-op/Intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation. This position is intended to provide educational and professional work experience to prepare the student for the workforce Ideal candidates have strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills (written and verbal) Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
