What the job is …

 We are a team of Data Analysts, Process Managers, Pricing Specialists and Product Support who form the Business Performance and Improvement unit within Product Management. 

The role of our team is to deploy performance management systems, drive analytics and automation, implement aligned E2E processes, etc. 

We also have the crucial responsibility to collect and load cost prices and sales prices and ensure data quality and completion in our ERP systems and tools.

The position is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. The preferred hiring date is 1st of May with an approximate contract duration of 15 months (some readjustments to the contract duration to be expected).

In your position as Pricing Lead (Maternity Cover) you will be accountable for:

  • Driving and delivering the KPIs and objectives of the whole pricing team

  • Supporting and training the pricing team and its newcomers, with the support of the Pricing Analysts

  • Leading improvement initiatives in your area in line with customer needs (internal, external, upstream and downstream), business priorities, IT constraints, master data policies

  • The deployment of performance management systems within your area, including KPIs, processes, governance, with the support of the Process Manager and Data Analysts

  • The collection, loading and enhancement of cost prices and sales prices in alignment with the Product owners strategy, and in collaboration with key stakeholders to secure commercial success, deliver value to partners and customers and reduce operational burden. 

  • Increasing synergies, collaboration and knowledge sharing with key stakeholders and other functions

  • The coordination, execution and improvement of several tasks related to pricing, including GM monitoring, catalog collection, etc, 

  • The alignment of activities, deadlines and ways of working within the team

You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability of leading peers towards common goals.

Ideally, you have:

  • 5&43; years of professional experience in a related field

  • B2B Pricing experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain, Master Data, Aviation is also a plus

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Access, and the ability to master new tools quickly

  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills

  • Fluency in English.
