In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting supply chain activities for a next-generation Executive Transport Aircraft program. As a Procurement Agent, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts to ensure the timely delivery of essential materials and components for this innovative aircraft program. What You’ll Be Doing:Supply Chain Management: Continuously review and analyze demand and supply to ensure materials and components are sourced and delivered on time.
Contract Preparation: Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
Sourcing & Negotiation: Assist in sourcing strategies, lead contract negotiations, and document agreements with suppliers.
Supplier Performance Monitoring: Set clear expectations and performance metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance, ensuring that the highest standards are met.
Collaborative Work: Work closely with other supply chain experts and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient project execution.
What You Bring to the Table:Required Skills & Experience:
Procurement & Supply Chain Experience: Familiarity with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and Procurement practices and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with an inquisitive nature, able to spot issues and propose effective solutions.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay Details: $35.14 to $43.09 per hour
