JOB TITLE: Procurement Analyst

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Summary:
Source and purchase machinery, tools, raw materials, packaging, and services
Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and timely procurement
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and track market trends
Prepare and manage purchase orders, RFPs, and bid packages
Ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
1-2 years of procurement or supply chain experience
Proficiency in SAP preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Supply Chain Management
Commodity Purchasing
Ability to Follow Up and Meet Deadlines
Experience in Placing Purchase Orders
