Boeing, Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is seeking a motivated, talented Senior Systems Engineer Support Analyst to join the H-47 Chinook team located in Ridley Park, PA reporting to the Chinook Domestic Program Chief Engineer.
The Domestic Chief Engineer has technical responsibility for CH-47F Block I, CH-47F Block II, MH-47G Block II, and Foreign Military Sale Chinook Helicopters. In this position you will work closely with engineering, program managers, contracts, supply chain, materials management, and customers as the Recapitalization Focal.

Boeing is a leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space, and security systems. The Boeing Vertical Lift Philadelphia facility (Ridley Park, PA) is situated along the Delaware River approximately 7 miles southwest of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 2 miles from the Philadelphia (PHL) international airport and minutes from both New Jersey and Delaware. This facility is home to the H-47 Chinook Helicopter and the V-22 Osprey Tiltrotor. These aircraft are designed, manufactured, and tested at the Philadelphia site and are delivered to both US military and international customers. There are approximately 5,000 people employed at this Boeing site.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Materials Management, Finance, Supply Chain to execute the Recapitalization plan for the H-47 Chinook Program
Proactively investigate supplier recapitalization flow time to determine part prioritization to support control point need
Provide status of Recapitalization Statement of Work to Program Management, Chief Engineer, and external Customers
Utilize Critical Thinking and Project Management skills to maximize cost and schedule efficiency of recapitalization parts delivery to control point need date
Assist with the creation of Change Requests and Engineering Change Proposals
Support the integration of technical, cost, and schedule data into team deliverables
Ability to work with cross functional teams under minimal direction
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at The Boeing Vertical Lift Philadelphia facility in Ridley Park, PA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
Bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years experience or a Masters and 7+ years
5+ years’ experience working with suppliers, engineering, program managers, contracts, supply chain, materials management, and/or customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):
9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Understanding of the H-47 Platform manufacturing flow
Experience working with suppliers
Experience in project planning or project management
Experience working directly with Government Customers
Experience collaborating across functions and organizations

Summary pay range (Level 4): $121,550 - $164,450
