As a working student you will join the Procurement Operations Digital Solutions Department, a trans-national, cross-divisional Center of Competence in charge of Procurement and Supply Chain applications. We support and closely collaborate with the Procurement and Supply Chain organizations of all three divisions (Airbus Commercial, Defence and Space and Helicopters).

Our team is managing the in-service support over continuous improvement to transformation, automation and digitalization in close collaboration with the Airbus Information Management Departments. 

We are the driver for identifying disruptive technologies and deploying innovative solutions to make our Procurement and Supply Chain fit for the future.

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company&39;s premises. A working student&39;s main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Our site is just a stone&39;s throw away from Munich, the beautiful capital of Bavaria. You can reach the site within less than 20mins from Munich Ostbahnhof via direct Express Bus Connection.

• Support the Procurement Digital Transformation Team in managing our Digital Transformation and overall Project and Change Management activities.  

• Support in awareness and capturing of new ideas for Software and AI Robotic Process Automation within the different Procurement functions and monitoring of the development of new robots

• Analysis and Monitoring of the Airbus Purchase to Pay and Supply Chain Quality process of by generation of Management reports 

• Support the continuous communication about Procurement Digitalisation & Improvement activities 

• Preparing and organizing Meetings & virtual workshops for the Senior Management team

• Support of the Digital Transformation Multifunctional team focusing on the creation of a mid - to long-term Digital strategy

• Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within within Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, Communications or similar field of study

• MS Office and Excel knowledge or user experience with G Suite

• Good knowledge in Google Suite or MS Office 

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge in Data Analytics (e.g. Google Data Studio) and/or web design would be a plus

• Basic Procurement and Supply Chain process knowledge

• Fluent English language knowledge

• Spanish/French language knowledge would be a plus
