Full-Time Schedule: 9x80 (Every Other Friday Off)
Seeking a skilled Acquisition & Logistics Management Analyst to support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a complex defense platform. This role emphasizes provisioning, sustainment documentation, and logistics data development aligned with military standards, including GEIA-0007.
Responsibilities
Provide provisioning and logistics data support to enable long-term system sustainment and readiness.
Develop and manage Logistics Product Data (LPD) in accordance with GEIA-0007 standards
Collaborate with Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, and Technical Publications teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of logistics inputs
Support the development of sustainment documentation and supportability analysis
Interpret engineering drawings to identify provisioning data and support LPD development
Utilize PowerLog-J for output reporting and logistics data generation
Apply knowledge of maintenance concepts, initial spares, and repair part analysis to inform provisioning
Contribute to the creation of Repair Parts and Special Tools Lists (RPSTLs)
Ensure logistics supportability across the system lifecycle, including maintainability and sustainment planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 1+ years, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Active DoD Secret security clearance
Experience with GEIA-0007 provisioning standards and logistics data development
Background in sustainment logistics documentation
Familiarity with PowerLog-J and its reporting functions
Understanding of logistics supportability principles, including lifecycle sustainment, maintainability, and initial provisioning
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience integrating GEIA-STD 0007-based supportability analysis databases
- Familiarity with Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) data submission
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings for logistics product development
- Knowledge of maintenance concepts and repair part analysis
- Experience developing Repair Parts and Special Tools Lists (RPSTLs)
- Understanding of initial spares/repair parts requirements
- Familiarity with military ground systems or integrated hardware platforms
- Ability to work effectively in small teams with limited oversight
This position requires a government security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
