Start Your Future in Aerospace Manufacturing! PDS Tech Commercial is looking for an entry-level Associate Tool & Gage Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of aerospace manufacturing by maintaining and calibrating essential tools and gages. Your Role & Responsibilities- Learn to set and adjust gages for Manufacturing, Assembly, and Test departments
- Maintain inventory records using SAP or other database systems
- Manage the receiving, storing, issuing, and delivery of tools, fixtures, gages, and shop supplies
- Work in a team environment, assisting internal and external associates
- Solve moderate-scope issues, escalating complex problems as needed
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
What You Bring to the TableRequired:
- Eagerness to learn—direct training provided!
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Experience with gage setting, cutting tools, grinding wheels, and fixtures
- Familiarity with SAP or similar database systems
- Basic computer skills (training available)

Pay Details: $21.30 per hour
