Buyer

Morson Talent are currently recruiting for a Buyer to work on the behalf of one of our reputable clients based in Yeovil. This is a contract role for 4 Months.

Main Activities and Tasks

• Responsible for purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors. Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

Requirements

• May require a bachelors degree and related experience and able to show proven capabilities in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
