The Experienced BGS Manufacturing Operations Analyst will support the Depot Repair & Overhaul Program for the Production, Modification, and Repair of Apache AH-64 aircraft components. The program is based in Mesa AZ.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Mesa, AZ

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.

  • Analyzes and interprets data.

  • Conducts supplier/customer presentations and program reviews.

  • Identifies alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.

  • Leads and monitors customer allocation and delivery schedules and projections for significant customers

  • Leads the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system.

  • Initiates recommendations for repair sourcing decisions

  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead organizational transformational projects.

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

  • Works under minimal direction.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • 3+ years of experience gathering and analyzing data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with operations personnel, industrial engineers, liaison engineering and influencing cross-functional teams

  • Experience working with the following software and database technologies is preferred: the MES, NCM, MRP, DROID, Tableau, Compass Contracts, Gold.

  • Experience in production manufacturing environment

  • Experience in lean processes and implementation (value stream or process mapping, improvement or kaizan workshops, balancing work statement, optimizing production flow, etc)

  • Experience working in both a development and sustaining program/product environments

  • Experience in leading recovery planning activities that include identifying critical program enablers and performance to plan measures to ensure effectiveness

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: 93,500 -126,500
