Pratt & Whitney is seeking a F119 Material Analyst as the inventory control point for the USAF. P&W provides all logistics support functions for the F119 engine. The F119 Material Analyst provides logistical support for F119 Logistics Program Management at the Oklahoma City Complex Central Inventory Warehouse. This position will report to the F119 Depot Logistics Support Manager in Oklahoma City.
What You Will Do
Support F119 Depot Operations by ensuring hardware and logistics issues are resolved as quickly as possible
Coordinate with internal and external customers to support hardware reviews/inspections
Update losing/gaining base information in CEMS based on warehouse transactions.
Conduct material condition reviews and provide recommendations
Assist with F119 scrap & demilitarization requirements
Resolve issues with parts in frustrated clinics
Participate and contribute to P&W Site overall compliance objectives to include: Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE), Quality initiatives and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), and Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR)
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree
2 years of logistics, operations, warehousing, customer facing or an Advanced degree with no experience or "in lieu of degree" with 6 years of experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Ability to work any shift
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience reading F119 Integrated Electronic Technical Manual system (IETMs)
Possess excellent judgment, strong leadership skills, customer focused, and professional maturity
Strong desire to succeed and pursue personal growth and development opportunities
Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision
Strong Microsoft office skills, including PowerPoint presentations
Knowledge of SAP, MRO, and CEMS (Comprehensive Engine Management System)
Strong team player, skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good working relationships internally and externally

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
