Role Summary
* In this role, you will manage inventory transactions and support material flow for the Camden, NJ factory, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across SAP systems. You will implement, maintain, and improve inventory management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and business objectives. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of equivalent experience in inventory management and/or production planning.
* Must have a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience with at least 5 years in warehouse management, if no degree is held.
* Must have proven leadership capability and the ability to work in a team environment.
* Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Must have knowledge of SAP and proficiency in production planning and inventory management processes.
* Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments effectively within tight deadlines.
* Must be a U.S. citizen.
* Must have experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment; experience in electrical component manufacturing is preferred.
* Must have experience with MMAS, cycle counts, and financial inventory reporting.
* Must have working knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project. Job Duties/Functions
* Will perform SAP-based inventory management, including receiving, stockroom management, material distribution, packing, and shipping.
* Will perform validation of material receipts and execution of work prioritization.
* Will perform inventory analysis and financial reporting to support business decisions.
* Will perform communication and coordination with supply chain, operations leadership, and cross-functional teams to meet material requirements and support compliance.
* Will perform management and maintenance of inventory processes to ensure MMAS and AS9100 compliance.
* Will perform identification and resolution of inventory issues and discrepancies.
* Will perform support for continuous improvement initiatives, including business process enhancements.
* Will perform project support for on-site initiatives involving material resources.
* Will perform daily communications with manufacturing teams regarding material status, issues, improvements, and corrective actions.
* Will perform adherence to all company policies and procedures to preserve industry certifications.
