UnspecifiedSEC Declaration System Development & Optimization
- Design, develop, and test SEC declaration & logistics related systems (e.g. customs declaration systems, WMS, TMS)
- Ensure correct data exchange program among SAP and declaration system.
- Optimize digital solutions for logistics and customs processes to enhance efficiency in customs declaration, clearance, cross-border logistics, and related operations.
- Develop interfaces and manage data exchange with government platforms such as Customs, electronic ports, and international trade "Single Window" systems.
Requirement Analysis & Collaboration
- Work closely with logistics, customs, and maybe other related functional teams to analyze business process requirements and translate them into technical solutions about logistics and customs.
- Coordinate system integration and data synchronization with external vendors (e.g., customs brokers, third-party logistics providers).
Data Management & Analysis
- Manage critical data (e.g., customs declarations, invoice & picking list, cargo manifests) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Develop data reporting tools to support customs-related analysis (e.g. tariff costs, clearance timelines).
Technical Support & Training
- Troubleshoot daily technical issues in logistics/customs systems and provide frontline operational support.
- Conduct technical training for business teams.
Compliance & Security
- Ensure systems comply with Customs regulations (e.g., AEO certification, cross-border data security requirements) and international trade policies.
- Implement data encryption & access controls.
New Technology Exploration
- Research emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, blockchain, AI) for applications in logistics and customs scenarios (e.g., smart declaration, risk-alarm systems).
Carry out other duties as required by the line manager.
