About the Role
PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Logistics Integration Specialist to support cutting-edge military commercial derivative aircraft programs. In this impactful role, you will coordinate across engineering, maintenance, and support teams to develop comprehensive product support strategies. Your work ensures aircraft systems are fully supported—from technical publications to maintenance integration—so they stay mission-ready when it matters most.
Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Integration Specialist, your day-to-day will include:
Planning and integrating support activities such as technical publications, maintenance engineering, and Product Support Analysis (PSA) for military aircraft platforms
Collaborating across engineering functions within the Company to align logistics support with platform development
Developing schedules and support plans using engineering data sources and drawings
Ensuring integration of maintenance and support elements into system lifecycle strategies
Identifying gaps or risks in logistics readiness and proactively coordinating resolution
Supporting documentation and planning for long-term sustainment and compliance with military standards
Assisting in developing proposals and logistics strategies to support future growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
At least 5 years of experience in logistics planning or integration
2–4 years of experience using engineering drawings and technical data to develop schedules and plans
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with military commercial derivative aircraft
Familiarity with military aircraft maintenance procedures or technical publications
Experience in product support, PSA, or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
Project management background or experience in cross-functional coordination

Pay Details: $59.76 to $74.81 per hour
