OnsitePerforms a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control, stockroom, kitting, expediting and shipping and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures.
What You Will Do:
Receives, checks, stores, issues and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control.
Uses assistance and/or powered mechanical means to load, unload, store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material.
Prepares and packages small and large parts using proper procedures and materials.
Processes purchase orders for spare tooling and materials.
Proficiently uses computer hardware/software.
Oversees parts preparation, material handling, measuring and packaging equipment. Records calibration logs of tools and equipment.
Oversees inventory and maintains all government tooling property according to military regulations.
Maintains contact with personnel from various customers and supports areas to ensure accuracy of material/process.
Uses assorted measuring and weight recording devices.
Keeps equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean.
Performs other related duties as required within the scope of this job function.
Occasionally lift, push, pull, and move up to 35 pounds.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident/green card, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
Basic PC operational skills including but not limited to using a keyboard, mouse, basic data entry and email.
Prior relevant experience in inventory control or material handling role required.

1st Shift - 8:00AM-5:30PM / Tuesday-Saturday (9/80 Schedule)
Start time is flexible, but will need to adhere to daily hour requirements to fulfill a 9/80 schedule.
