JOB TITLE: OSP Buyer
LOCATION: Marysville, WA
PAY RATE: Up to $40/hour

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Manage outside processing procurement activities including vendor selection, RFQs, purchase orders, and expediting.

Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality processing of materials for production

Identify and manage primary and secondary suppliers

Issue, track, and expedite purchase orders

Negotiate contracts and pricing

Maintain accurate PO status and resolve invoice discrepancies

Process RTVs, NCRs, chargebacks, and credit memos

Provide OSP status updates to stakeholders and attend cross-functional meetings

Maintain standard costs and support procurement reporting and compliance

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Buyer/Purchasing experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (required)

Knowledge of outside finish processes (e.g., anodizing, plating, heat treatment)

Bachelors degree preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Exceptional planning, time management, and organization

High attention to detail and quality

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Demonstrated initiative and adaptability to change

Aerospace industry experience preferred but not required

APICS certification a plus

Familiarity with ISO 9001 and API Q1 is beneficial

Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations
