Product Acceptance Specialist C

Responsibilities:
- Verify complex product conformance to design requirements.
- Provide objective evidence of results.
- Validate work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies, and procedures.
- Support inspection and verification of operations Level C and D determined work statement majority of the time.
- Identify and document discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items.
- Conduct product review with customer during product or process verification.
- Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conforming items.
- Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
- Expertise in generation of all Velocity EPDs (PU, CI, NC, CA).
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry
- A&P License
- 2+ years of experience using Velocity, REDARs and/or CMES
- Composite fabrication experience
- Structural work experience (wing work)
- Wiring
- Production testing experience
- 1+ years of experience using strong analytical and
- problem-solving skills
- Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience identifying critical path analysis, float analysis, schedule impact analysis, recovery planning, root cause analysis, trend analysis, schedule quality metrics, and risk analysis
- Mastery of inspection techniques using visual, tactile and tool assisted inspection methods
- Experience in a team environment
- Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience
- 787 Program Experience
