• Duties
  • Analyzing and entering data such as employee attendance, hours worked, etc.
  • Working closely with supervisors/leads on employees attendance
  • Working closely with employees when they need assistance entering their hours
  • Working closely with employees when they call in sick or will be late and communicating that supervisors in a timely manner
  • Ensuring company policies upheld and not allowing employees to falsify hours
• Environment
  • will be only Coordinator on 3^rd shift but will have support of 1^st and 2^nd shift Coordinators. 3^rd shift has roughly 12 employees on it, so it’s the least crowded of all 3.
• Skills
  • need to good with all Microsoft platforms but Excel will be the main one
  • Experience working in an aviation/manufacturing

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00
