Key Responsibilities
- Work Performed:
- This position demonstrates safe working practices in the machining, fabrication and modification of aeronautical components
- The position may also be required to assist in the development of modifications and the preparation of preliminary sketches to tooling or final assemblies
- The position requires a thorough knowledge of layout and development, as well as methods and procedures of fabrication, weldability, heat treatment, etc.

Qualifications
Still excited? Here is what it takes to catch our attention:
- You have 7+ years of experience in CNC Milling Machining as a Machinist; Red-Seal would be considered an asset
- You must be willing and able to mentor other machinists
- You must be a resident of, or willing to relocate to the Calgary, AB area
- You can understand CNC programs, G-code and can perform minor changes on programs while running equipment
- You can translate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for part verification
- You can perform daily, weekly & monthly maintenance on equipment
- You have critical thinking and strong attention to detail
- You have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- You have strong time-management and organizational skills
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
