Shipping & Receiving Specialist
Location: O’Fallon, MO
Schedule: 2nd Shift-Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–12:00 AM
Pay: $14.62–$17.55/HR
Employment Type: Full-Time 12-Month Consultant Assignment
PPE Required: Steel-toe or composite safety shoes
What You’ll Be Responsible ForVerify incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, identification, and condition
Process shipping and receiving documentation with precision
Package, label, and prepare shipments according to company and industry standards
Receive, unload, and distribute incoming shipments efficiently
Maintain inventory of shipping supplies to ensure uninterrupted workflow
Support general warehouse and logistics operations as needed
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
Comfortable handling shipping documentation and inventory tracking
Ability to lift and move materials as required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments
Familiarity with warehouse management systems or shipping software
Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay Details: $14.62 to $17.55 per hour
