Shipping & Receiving Clerk St. Paul, MN
Schedule: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Pay: $19–$21/HR
Step into a key role where accuracy meets impact. PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support a leading electronics manufacturing operation. In this role, you are the control point of the supply chain—making sure every part, product, and shipment is handled correctly, tracked accurately, and delivered on time.
What You’ll DoYou’ll manage the flow of incoming and outgoing materials in a high-accuracy manufacturing environment:
Receiving & Inventory Control
Receive incoming materials and process ERP transactions accurately
Inspect shipments, identify damage or non-conforming materials
Stock and organize inventory, including Kanban components
Verify packing slips and complete required documentation
Support cycle counts and FIFO inventory practices
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Process outbound shipments using carrier software systems
Ensure accuracy in ERP shipping transactions
Coordinate shipments with outside vendors and service providers
Accuracy & Team Support
Resolve material discrepancies with internal teams
Communicate shortages or issues to Purchasing and Production
Partner with Customer Service on shipping inquiries
Support general warehouse and logistics operations as needed
What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory control
ERP system experience (M1 a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy mindset
Ability to read packing slips, BOLs, and freight documents
Basic math, organization, and problem-solving skills
Forklift experience or certification preferred
Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Physical & Work RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs (25 lbs regularly)
Standing, walking, bending, lifting throughout the shift
Use of computers and warehouse systems
Moderate-noise production/warehouse environment

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
