- Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses moderate level of autonomy to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems of moderate complexity. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in material planning experience) + Minimum of 3 years of material planning experience
