Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2026 RMS Supply Chain Intern. The successful candidate will interface with industry suppliers in requesting and receiving quotations that will support LM proposal efforts. Create Request For Quotes (RFQ) in LM procurement system (LMP2P) to all available vendors.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for all follow-up communication with vendors on drawing or requirements questions and ensure pricing is input in LMP2P correctly. Analyze vendor responses to RFQ to compare to proposal needs, and maximize vendor competitions where possible
Perform material cost estimating administrative tasks as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
-Pursuing an accredited degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations or similar discipline
-Microsoft Office Experience

-Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers
-Ability to work well with numbers
-Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment is a must

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
