Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Customer Support Associate with strong computer skills to join our team. This role requires a high sense of ownership and urgency, a professional demeanor, and the ability to solve problems effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management systems and be comfortable working closely with various departments to ensure accurate inventory control and material flow.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts to fulfill work orders using RF Guns for inventory control.
• Work closely with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure SAP and actual inventories are always in sync.
• Perform cycle counting and put material to stock.
• Ensure material is pulled out for Repair Orders/Sales Orders.
• Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for AOGs.

• Strong computer skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, and Oracle.
• Data entry and inventory control experience.
• Warehouse management systems knowledge.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
• Physical dexterity and experience operating warehouse equipment.

Work Environment

The role is based in a warehouse environment, requiring familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
