As a receiving clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods into our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include verifying delivered items, unloading trucks, ensuring items are stored correctly, and processing returns. You must possess great attention to detail and physical strength, as lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs) is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
• Inspect deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria.
• Receive and sign for deliveries.
• Unload deliveries from trucks.
• Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
• Organize and store received items in appropriate areas.
• Update inventory with received items.
• Communicate with vendors regarding delays or problems.
• Maintain records of orders, delivery details, etc.

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
• Physical dexterity and ability to lift heavy items.
• Experience with data entry and inventory software programs.

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems, SAP, ERP systems, Oracle.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
