STS Line Maintenance is hiring a full-time A&P Line Maintenance Station Manager in Boston, Massachusetts. If you’re a hands-on leader with a strong background in aircraft line maintenance, this is your opportunity to oversee a high-performing team at one of the country’s top line maintenance providers.

Position Overview
As the Station Manager for STS Line Maintenance in Boston, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations at our BOS station. This is a working management role, meaning you’ll lead by example—coordinating technician schedules, maintaining safety and compliance, and providing direct line maintenance support as needed.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Minimum 5 years’ line maintenance experience
- Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in a maintenance environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); KRONOS preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass background check and obtain all necessary airport badging
- Must own and provide a basic set of hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret GMMs, AMMs, and OEM manuals
- Must be available to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Able to ascend/descend ladders, kneel, bend, and lift 50 lbs. unassisted
Responsibilities
- Oversee all station line maintenance activities
- Supervise and schedule A&P Technicians to meet airline service requirements
- Perform hands-on line maintenance functions as required
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, GMMs, AMMs, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate aircraft work order documentation
- Input and approve work orders within the company system
- Coordinate with STS leadership and airline partners to ensure station readiness
- Train and mentor station technicians
- Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer service
- Complete maintenance-related documentation for STS and air carriers
Rate of Pay:
- Annual Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonus: Up to $16,000 annually
