Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to join our team at a general aviation maintenance company with over 20 years in the business. Our company primarily services flight school aircraft and privately owned piston-engine planes, including Cessna, Cirrus, Diamond, Mooney, Piper, and Tecnam models.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on piston-engine training aircraft and privately owned airplanes.
- Diagnose and repair airframe, engine, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed.
Essential Skills- FAA A&P License
- Minimum 2 years of experience with piston-engine aircraft
- Experience with general aviation maintenance
- Proficiency in inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining aircraft
- Ability to work independently

Work Environment
Our work environment includes an 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shift, Monday through Friday. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, with top pay for those with 3–4+ years of experience and minimal training required.
