Job Description:
- We are a FBO offering general aviation maintenance, avionics installs, and part 61 flight training.
- Perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on single and twin-piston aircraft of various makes and models.
- Troubleshoot
- Repair discrepancies
- 100-hour inspections
- Solve problems and seek resolution to technical issues as they arise
- Communicate and work as a team with other mechanics as required
- Occasionally assist in overall operations as called upon
- Repair airframe and engine discrepancies as needed
- Typical work hours are between 8 am and 5:30 pm
- Pay is based on experience
Job Requirements:
- Ethical, reliable, ambitious team player
- Airframe & Powerplant License required
- Experience in general aviation preferred
- Possess a strong mechanical background
- Ability to research, read, understand, and apply technical service manuals
- Resourceful problem solver
- Have your own toolbox and trade-specific tools. Employer will provide any required specialty tools
- Solid and reliable transportation to/from Employer location
- Ethical, reliable, ambitious team player
- Candidate should be self-managed and thorough
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
- Maintaining a safe and clean work area
