Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking A&P Mechanics to perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on company aircraft, mainly Cessna 402, and moving towards Tecnam P2012. This role requires working independently or as part of a team within a regional airline maintenance environment, performing daily inspections, scheduled/unscheduled flight maintenance, and phase inspections.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on company aircraft.
- Conduct daily inspections, scheduled/unscheduled flight maintenance, and phase inspections.
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems and components.
- Use mechanical aptitude to identify and solve issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.
- Work flexible hours, including 1st or 2nd shifts and weekends.
Essential Skills- Current A&P certificate.
- Mechanical ability/aptitude.
- Testing and troubleshooting skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read and write for documentation purposes.
- Ownership of a basic set of aircraft maintenance tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Aircraft maintenance work experience (GA, military, or corporate) preferred but not required.
- Ability to take instruction and guidance well.
- Goal-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in team situations and individually.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled hangar with a supportive team of more than 50 mechanics and assorted staff. The role offers the opportunity to work on the entire plane rather than just one area, providing a comprehensive maintenance experience. The work environment supports continuous learning and development with regular pay increases tied to training milestones.
