Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled A&P Mechanic to join our team. You will be primarily responsible for maintaining a fleet consisting of Learjet 35, Beechcraft Baron, and Falcons. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks such as post-flight inspections, line maintenance, overhauls, and the inspection and repair of airframe components. You will diagnose and repair discrepancies and ensure that appropriate records and signatures are made for the work accomplished.
Responsibilities
- Perform post-flight inspections on aircraft.
- Conduct line maintenance and overhauls as needed.
- Inspect and repair airframe components.
- Diagnose and repair discrepancies in aircraft systems.
- Ensure all maintenance work is properly documented with appropriate records and signatures.
Essential Skills- Must have A&P Certification.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate jet maintenance or general aviation.
- Experience with Phase Inspections.
- Local to Columbus.
- Experience with Learjet and corporate aircraft maintenance preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with aircraft such as Cessna, CRJ, Falcon, Hawker, Gulfstream, Challenger, and Bombardier.
- Skills in sheet metal, avionics, powerplant mechanics, and troubleshooting.
- General aviation and turboprop maintenance experience.

Work Environment
Work at a Part 145 Repair Station that handles charter flights. The position operates on the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed. You will be working alongside approximately 15 other mechanics in the hangar. Please note that this is a safety-sensitive position requiring an FAA/DOT drug test.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
