Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician for a 90-day contract position. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspecting, and ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft. You will be working within a team to meet deadlines and performance goals while adhering to FAA regulations and manufacturer manuals.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and airworthiness releases within the scope of Approval and return aircraft to service.
- Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated components.
- Troubleshoot systems, disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to maintain fully functioning equipment according to Approved Technical Data provided by the customer.
- Ensure all departing aircraft are safe per FARs and the air carrier/manufacturer manuals.
- Properly document all work performed.
Essential Skills- 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance repair and airframe.
- Licensed in aircraft maintenance.
- Experience with heavy maintenance.
- Experience with Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Heavy maintenance experience is highly preferred.
- Commercial aircraft experience.
Work Environment
You will be working in the CVG Airport Hangar, located in Northern Kentucky, just 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. The hangar environment is equipped with the necessary tools and technology to perform your job efficiently.]
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
