Job Title: A&P Mechanic Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to perform line maintenance, routine servicing, and airworthiness assessments on various aircraft. This role ensures all maintenance activities meet strict performance and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-call and scheduled line maintenance on different aircraft models.
- Conduct routine maintenance and airworthiness releases, ensuring aircraft are returned to service.
- Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft engines and components, meeting deadlines and performance goals.
- Troubleshoot systems, disassemble, repair, and reassemble components to ensure full functionality.
- Document all maintenance work and ensure compliance with FARs and air carrier/manufacturer manuals.
- Collaborate with air carrier’s maintenance control center to ensure effective communication and repairs.
Essential Skills- 2- 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Recent line maintenance experience with emphasis on troubleshooting and daily checks.
- Boeing aircraft maintenance experience, especially B737, B757, B767, B777, B747.

Work Environment
Work at Lakeland airport with shifts from morning to midnight, Monday to Friday. The environment involves exposure to extreme weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, requiring safety awareness.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, Florida.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $44.00/hr.
