Our new complex will service various corporate jet models and be capable of performing major maintenance and modifications on up to 18 different aircraft simultaneously.
Position OverviewWe're seeking a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team in 2025. As part of an assigned hangar team comprising both Maintenance Technicians and Quality Inspectors, you'll perform troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems on corporate aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance tasks according to work scope specifications, utilizing applicable technical data
- Execute maintenance, inspection, servicing, lubrication, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Quality Control systems and Federal Aviation Regulations
- Complete aircraft maintenance documentation per RSM/QCM requirements
- Collaborate with Customer Project Supervisors to meet timeline and budget objectives
- Implement 5S system practices and focus on Human Factors to achieve zero defects
- Support corporate mission through achievement of department goals
Required Qualifications- FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business jet maintenance, or 6+ years of military aviation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- APU Operation qualification
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts, and schematics
- Physical requirements:
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work in confined spaces
- Manual dexterity for technical work
- Ability to enter/exit aircraft using steps/stairs
Computer proficiency with aircraft softwareDesired Qualifications- FAA Inspection Authorization
- Business jet Engine Run & Taxi qualification
- Completion of relevant aircraft maintenance training
