Position Overview
We are hiring a seasoned AOG Aircraft Maintenance Technician to be based at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) with the ability to deploy quickly for AOG events. This position requires a flexible, proactive professional who thrives in high-pressure environments and has a deep understanding of Learjet systems (and other business aircraft platforms).
You will work closely with our DOM, flight operations, maintenance control, and dispatch to return aircraft to service safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond rapidly to AOG situations across the region
- Perform troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and return-to-service operations in the field
- Maintain detailed records of all work in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure timely and safe resolution of discrepancies
- Act as an ambassador of Chronos Air Group, representing our standard of excellence on the ramp and in client interactions
- Ensure proper tooling, parts, and documentation are available for dispatch before mobilization
- Maintain readiness for on-call duty, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
