- Duration: 12+ Months Contract
- Pay: $25 - $34/hour (W2) – Weekly payout with ample OT available

Qualifications:

Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using manual operations in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine assembly operations on aerospace systems including hydraulic, ICS, PECS, duct installation, IFE, interior decorative repair, and waste & potable water systems.
- Utilize and follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions in English.
- Select correct parts, materials, tools, hardware, and assemblies as required.
- Install, fit, fasten, align, and adjust components and perform pre-installation assembly work.
- Report constraints such as defects in parts, materials, workmanship errors, or assembly issues according to company procedures.
- Conduct repairs, rework, functional checks, and authorized changes as outlined by the lead.
- Drill close tolerance holes in composites, perform tool indexing, and gap measurements.
- Ensure consistent compliance with safety standards, including the use of protective equipment (glasses, harnesses, respirators, etc.)
- Maintain clean, organized, and FOD-free work areas.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and other specifications.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
