Job Title: Aircraft Engine MechanicJob Description
Perform routine maintenance and major inspections on Honeywell engine types and models. Participate in specialized training programs through partners like FlightSafety, CAE, and Honeywell. Disassemble and reassemble Honeywell engine types and models, and remove and reinstall engines on aircraft for major periodic inspections and core zone inspections. Conduct incoming and outgoing engine runs and line maintenance as required. Accomplish all aspects of airframe removal and reinstallation, engine inspection, and repair on road trips to accommodate customer aircraft. Inspect engines in accordance with OEM Light or Heavy Maintenance manuals, evaluate removed components for serviceability, and document discrepancies (squawks). Document all work accomplished in a clear, concise, and accurate manner, and accomplish Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives as required.

Essential Skills- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a turbofan engine shop environment.
- Experience utilizing and navigating technical digital documents.
- Valid FAA Powerplant certificate.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- High School diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience working in a Business Aviation MRO environment.
- 1+ years of experience supporting Honeywell engines and/or APUs.
- Experience working on the Honeywell HTF7000 and/or TFE731.
- Valid FAA A&P License.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
