Job Title: Aircraft Galley TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Technician, you will be responsible for servicing aircraft galley systems and related products onsite at an aircraft manufacturing factory. You will be part of a small team representing the manufacturer of these aircraft galleys and related systems, acting as the support team for any maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting issues identified by the customer. You will work alongside the customer to repair and find solutions.
Responsibilities
- Use hand tools and schematics to service aircraft galley systems.
- Coordinate with partners and manager to develop and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot mechanic and electrical systems.
- Repair metal and plastic panels, wiring, and mechanical components.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.
Essential Skills- Experience in repair, electrical, mechanical troubleshooting, and assembly.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and blueprints.
- Installation skills in aircraft and aviation settings.
- 1+ years of experience building or repairing electromechanical products, or related schooling.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Must be eligible for Boeing badge.
- Aircraft/Aviation experience preferred.
- Electrical theory and repair experience preferred.

Work Environment
The role is Monday-Friday, day shift for 2-3 months (0630 - 1530), transitioning to a long-term schedule of 2pm - 10pm Monday-Friday, with rotating on-call coverage every 3rd weekend. You will be part of a small team of four, fully attached to the Renton factory, with occasional day projects. The position is onsite at the customer factory, requiring adaptability to client schedules and requests. There is downtime at times due to working around the aircraft production schedule, allowing for early departures on some days when tasks are completed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
