  • High school diploma or GED, typically combined with 4 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work 100 onsite at an air base in a safety- and security-sensitive environment.
  • Willingness to relocate at own expense, if coming from out of province or out of area.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant technical or aviation field.
  • AME, AP, or military equivalent level A qualification or similar aviation maintenance certification.
  • Formal CH147 type training course related to an aviation specialty, completed through an acceptable training organization.
  • Previous experience working on CH47 or CH147F platforms.
  • Experience supporting phase inspections or heavy maintenance programs on rotary-wing aircraft.
  • Familiarity with working under general direction in a structured, regulated aerospace environment.
  • Comfort working within export-controlled and controlled goods frameworks.
