Une opportunité de poste de Concepteur Système dans le domaine de la Maintenance Avion est proposée sur le site d’Airbus Commercial Aircraft à Toulouse, France.

Vous serez responsable de la conception et de l’intégration de systèmes de Maintenance et de Téléchargement, qui offrent des solutions centralisées facilitant les opérations de maintenance et maximisant la disponibilité opérationnelle des avions. Vous participerez à la définition de nouvelles solutions de maintenance digitales utilisant des technologies émergentes (ex : Diagnostic optimisé basé sur les données avion, Maintenance mobile et à distance, etc…).

Notre organisation  Data-Driven Services & Maintenance  regroupe plus de 80 personnes dans plusieurs centres d’ingénierie en Europe et en Inde. Elle a pour mission de délivrer des Produits, Services et Supports de classe mondiale et de disséminer l’excellence en termes de Maintenance, Certification & Intelligence Artificielle, en portant une attention particulière à nos clients, à nos collaborateurs et à l’innovation.

• travaillant sur des projets de Recherche & Développement innovants,
• développant des solutions créatives pour les systèmes de maintenance de l’avion et des opportunités de services, telles que la Maintenance Prédictive Skywise ou la capacité de téléchargement à distance,
• en charge de la certification des systèmes avioniques et cockpit actuels et futurs,
• et apportant du support à nos clients sur nos systèmes de maintenance.

Vos activités & responsabilités:

Sous l’encadrement d’un Responsable de Projet qui sera votre tuteur, os principales activités et responsabilités seront de :

• Concevoir, développer et intégrer le Système de Maintenance Centralisée (CMS) et le Système de Téléchargement et de Rapport de Configuration (DLCS) avec l’ensemble des systèmes interfacés sur tous les programmes Airbus
• Contribuer à la conception et à l’implémentation de la  Maintenance du Futur , au travers de projets d’innovation tels que le  Téléchargement à distance , le  Diagnostic optimisé basé sur les données avion , le  Dispatch Automatique  et la  Maintenance Mobile 
• Délivrer des projets dans le respect des objectifs de calendrier, coût, qualité et performance
• Collaborer dans une équipe multi-fonctionnelle avec plusieurs organisations partenaires au sein d’Airbus (Bureaux d’Etude, Programmes, Essais, Industrialisation, Certification, Support Clients, Achats, …)

Compétences requises:

Votre “carte d’embarquement”:

• Vous avez un diplôme d’ingénieur (ou équivalent) avec une spécialisation en aéronautique et/ou dans la conception des systèmes avioniques ou de maintenance de l’avion
• Vous avez une expérience dans l’ingénierie des systèmes avion et/ou dans les nouvelles technologies (ex : sécurité des données, MBSE, UX/UI, opérations mobiles, maintenance à distance, …)
• Vous êtes dynamique, positif, curieux, passionné et créatif
• Vous avez un fort esprit d’équipe et vous aimez apprendre et coopérer avec une grande diversité de personnes
• Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication et un niveau avancé en anglais

A vacancy for a position of Aircraft Maintenance System designer has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse, France. 

You will be responsible for the design and integration of Maintenance and Data Loading systems, which offer centralized and digital solutions to ease aircraft maintenance daily operations and maximize aircraft operational availability. You will contribute to the definition of new Digital Maintenance solutions using emerging technologies (i.e. Data-Driven Diagnostic, Mobile and Remote Maintenance, etc.).

What you will be doing:

Under the tutoring of a Work-Package Leader, your main tasks and responsibilities will be to :

• Design, develop and integrate the Centralized Maintenance System (CMS) and Data Loading and Configuration reporting System (DLCS) with all interfaced systems on all Airbus programs (A320, A330, A350, A380)
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the “Future of Maintenance”, through innovation projects such as “Remote Data Loading”, “Data-Driven Diagnostic”, “Automatic Dispatch” and “Mobile Maintenance”
• Deliver project on time, cost, quality and performance targets
• Collaborate in multi-functional team with several stakeholders through the Airbus organization (Engineering, Program, Testing, Industrialization, Certification, Customer Services, Procurement, …)

About you:

Your “Boarding Pass”:

• You have a Master degree in Aeronautical or Avionics / Maintenance Systems Engineering (or equivalent)
• You have an experience in aircraft systems engineering and/or in new technologies (e.g. data security, MBSE, UX/UI, mobile operations, remote maintenance and data loading, …).
• You have a customer mindset
• You are dynamic, positive, curious, passionate and creative
• You have a strong team spirit and you like to learn and collaborate with a high diversity of people
• You have good communications skills and an advanced level in English
