What Youll Do:- Complete Work Orders: Perform general repairs and modifications under the guidance of a lead technician.
- Structural Repairs: Repair, modify, refurbish, and fabricate sheet metal structural assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Precision Work: Use a variety of fasteners, riveting, bending, countersinking, and precision drilling techniques.
- Component Handling: Work on structural components such as landing gear doors, ailerons, flaps, and more.
What Were Looking For:- Experience: Proven experience as a structural mechanic with proficiency in aircraft sheet metal repair and modification.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and precision in your work.
- Blueprint Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Mechanical Skills: Basic mechanical skills and aptitude, with experience in aviation, airframe, and aircraft modification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:- Blueprint Reading: Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
- Sheet Metal Skills: Previous training or experience with sheet metal precision drilling and riveting.
- Open to New Talent: We welcome candidates right out of A&P school or from other industries with relevant experience.
Work Environment:- Climate-Controlled Backshop: Work in a nice, large, climate-controlled environment with a team of 40 employees.
- Great Culture: Enjoy a supportive and friendly work atmosphere where everyone knows each other.
- Flexible Hours: Monday to Friday, from 6am to 2:30pm. Overtime is available but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
