What Were Looking For:- Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a structural mechanic with strong proficiency in aircraft sheet metal repair and modification.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for ensuring high standards of quality and precision in your work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Solid mechanical skills and hands-on experience in aviation, airframe, and aircraft modification.
- Precision: Prior training or experience in precision drilling and riveting of sheet metal.
- Open to All: We welcome recent graduates from A&P school and individuals from other industries with relevant experience.
Your Role:- Perform structural repairs, modifications, and inspections on aircraft.
- Use a variety of fasteners, riveting, bending, countersinking, and precision drilling techniques.
- Utilize blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to complete tasks.
- Identify and repair or replace damaged components.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Work on structural components such as landing gear doors, ailerons, flaps, and more.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
