We are seeking skilled Aircraft Structural Technicians for three distinct positions. You will have the opportunity to work in either a Structures Backshop, a Commercial Hangar, or a Government Hangar environment, each offering unique and challenging tasks.

Responsibilities

• Structures Backshop: Repair, refurbish, and fabricate flight controls and structural components such as elevators, ailerons, rudders, leading edge flaps, slats, spoilers, and stabilizers.
• Commercial Hangar: Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) tasks on a variety of corporate jets and general aviation turboprop aircraft.
• Government Hangar: Conduct C & D Checks on a fleet of Dornier 328 intelligence aircraft.

• 3+ years of total experience in aviation sheet metal maintenance, repair, and modification
• Proficiency in riveting and precision drilling
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification
• Must own a basic set of tools
• Stable job history

• Heavy Maintenance experience
• Corporate Aircraft experience

This position offers the support of an on-site representative throughout the assignment. It is a long-term, open-ended contract with the potential to transition into a direct hire. Employees enjoy 6 paid sick days, 6 days of PTO, and full medical benefits. The workweek consists of four days, providing a healthy work-life balance. The job offers variety and the chance to work on different projects and airframes, keeping the work interesting and challenging.

Work Environment

The work is performed in climate-controlled, FAA-regulated hangars. The schedule is a 4-day workweek, either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Overtime is often available but not guaranteed. The dress code is casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
