Job Title: Aircraft Structural Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Aircraft Structural Technicians for three distinct positions. You will have the opportunity to work in either a Structures Backshop, a Commercial Hangar, or a Government Hangar environment, each offering unique and challenging tasks.
Responsibilities
- Structures Backshop: Repair, refurbish, and fabricate flight controls and structural components such as elevators, ailerons, rudders, leading edge flaps, slats, spoilers, and stabilizers.
- Commercial Hangar: Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) tasks on a variety of corporate jets and general aviation turboprop aircraft.
- Government Hangar: Conduct C & D Checks on a fleet of Dornier 328 intelligence aircraft.
Essential Skills- 3+ years of total experience in aviation sheet metal maintenance, repair, and modification
- Proficiency in riveting and precision drilling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience with aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification
- Must own a basic set of tools
- Stable job history
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Heavy Maintenance experience
- Corporate Aircraft experience

Work Environment
The work is performed in climate-controlled, FAA-regulated hangars. The schedule is a 4-day workweek, either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Overtime is often available but not guaranteed. The dress code is casual.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
