Job Title: Aircraft TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to join our team. Our organization is a leader in aircraft line maintenance engineering in the U.S., providing advanced aircraft repair capabilities, a wide line station network, and vast approvals for all current and next-generation aircraft, including B787 and A350 models. We emphasize technical training, uncompromising quality controls, and continuous improvement principles. This position involves the removal and disassembly of defective parts, assembly and installation of replacement parts, and testing of aircraft systems.
Responsibilities
- Remove and disassemble defective parts from aircraft.
- Assemble and install replacement parts.
- Test aircraft systems to ensure proper function.
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on aircraft.
- Troubleshoot and inspect aircraft systems.
- Conduct heavy maintenance and ensure aviation safety standards are met.
Essential Skills- Must have a current valid FAA Airframe License.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with Boeing aircraft, ideally with models 767, 57, 37, or 47.
- Experience in maintenance repair, aircraft, airframe, line maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, inspection, and aviation.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, and use hand and finger dexterity.
- Ability to climb, balance, bend, crawl, and work from heights in precarious places.
- Ability to frequently lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Must pass airport security background checks.
- Willingness to travel for work as required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
Required Skills & Qualifications- General Familiarization Courses are preferred.
- Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information.
- Experience working near and around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals, and exposure to loud noises.
- Exposure to weather conditions outside as well as non-weather conditions such as extreme heat or cold.

Work Environment
Work is performed at our Miami International Airport hangar. Shift options include days and nights, with shifts from 6pm to 7am or 6am to 7pm. The first three days of the shift are 12 hours, followed by a 6-hour shift on the fourth day. Shift schedules are Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $41.00
